Return/Exchange Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received (photographic proof maybe required). For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Please ensure that all order details are accurate before completing checkout. Street Apparel will not offer exchanges or refunds for any errors regarding product color or sizing. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Address - If an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. To make sure your orders arrive as quickly as possible, please make sure you submit the correct order details at checkout. Street Apparel does not take responsibility for missed deliveries due to typos in the delivery information. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Refund Policy
Street Apparel only offers refunds for damaged or mislabeled products, not for buyer’s remorse. Wrongly ordered sizes or colors won’t be eligible for refunds from Street Apparel’s side either. We make everything on demand, so requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product.
